Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 1–3 business days.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and supplier dispatch through our fulfillment partner DSers.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Timeframes

Because we operate a global dropshipping model, delivery timelines vary depending on the supplier location and destination country. Below are our standard estimated delivery windows:

United States

7–15 business days

United Kingdom, Canada & Europe

8–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand

8–18 business days

Rest of the World

10–25 business days

These timeframes represent typical delivery windows across DSers-supported suppliers.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to reflect movement, depending on the supplier.


Potential Delays

While we work closely with our fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery, there are factors outside our control that may impact shipping, such as:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather disruptions

  • Holiday peak periods

  • Supplier backlog

Because of these variables, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we ensure all orders are actively monitored until delivered.


Lost, Stuck, or Delayed Packages

If your package experiences unusual delays, our support team will liaise with the supplier and shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
